Time flies and it’s again time for us to crown and pass the magic wand to this month’s EOTM! Even though we are excited to reveal who the honorable individual is, let me save you the suspense and furnish you with some traceable hints!

•    She got whole body ache after her first time sauna
•    She is Exabytes’ Santa Claus once a month
•    She has access to anywhere within our office

Sensing the improbability of hiding it some more, let’s put our hands together for our EOTM for June 2009, Ms Chan Kee Yeong! Even if the night is dark and the water is cold, even if the air-con is freezing and the atmosphere is chilly, none of these matters as we have the most warm-hearted lady in the house, who is always so helpful, extremely generous and kind at heart. Versatile in nature, she is extremely well-versed in multitasking. Highly organized and meticulous in every detail, she possesses great organizational skills in every aspect. In spite of all the positive qualities mentioned, she has more than what it takes to be this month’s EOTM:

Yes, the secret is out and it’s time to announce yet another deserving star for this month! This time around, witness the power of a man, as the throne goes back to the manhood this time!

Okay. If there is one person in Exabytes who speaks machine language as much as his mother-tongue language, it would be none other than this incredible lad, whose 2/3 of his life is mostly spent in front of his laptop, getting extremely “high” when troubleshooting and writing codes every now and then. However, if you do not see him coding and typing feverishly away at his laptop, you would probably be seeing him staring intently deep into the laptop screen, surfing for new technology updates for research and development for the company. Now that’s what you get for being a computer programming intellect! That’s what you get for being Exabytes R&D Software Engineer, the one and only – Mr Liew Soo Hung!

Hello and attention all! The time has come again, and it is the time that you’ve all been waiting for – the announcement of the new Exabytes’s Employee of The Month!

Before we can reveal our EOTM for all of you to know, let us talk a little about becoming the “number one” in anything. What does it take to be number one, really? Well at Exabytes, it takes strength, courage, drive, and of course, passion to do more and better each time. All of which we can find in this wonderful lady (yes, the throne goes back to the Venus’s residents this time!), who is not only popular among us in Exabytes, but also among our customers, that’s for sure. This is because this lady, who always manages to light up the entire office with her cheerful charisma every day, is never found to be disappointing us nor the customers, thanks to her ability to multitask efficiently. From troubleshooting programs, to monitoring the servers, to replying customers’ tickets, to hyping up the crowds at company’s events, she has definitely done a great job this quarter. That is why ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we are thrilled to announce our April EOTM, also the System Enginer of our company – Ms Tan Ee Dawn, Exabytes Wonder Woman!

There are many distinctive traits that made Ms Dawn everybody’s sweetheart, but what are they? Let’s find out!

We’re back and we’re just as excited to announce our next EOTM for the year 2009! So here comes another deserving star, and this month, we’ve decided to award our prestigious Employee of the Month to… the Mars’ resident still!

Now, let’s get up close (but not too close!) and personal with this month’s EOTM, shall we? Now, despite being known as the “shy lad” in the office (aww), this chap has shown such remarkable dedication and commitment in his profession, it is very rare to find him disappointing neither the customers, nor us! In fact, he is that committed in executing his tasks, he was said to have even spent some nights in the Data Center just to troubleshoot and monitor some servers with issues! Hmm. Wonder how it’s like to spend the nights in the freezing cold Data Center eh? :S He is also very competent at what he does that his eyes are said to be transfixed at the monitor screen 24/7 to scan for any server with issues, while his ears are sensitive to any bleeping sounds from the bleeper for any signs of possible server failure! Needless to say, our servers are safe and secured under the watchful eyes of this lad, which is why he is regarded as our guardian, friend and protector. Therefore let’ give it up for our reigning king of this month ladies and gentlemen – Mr Khuzaini (aka Mr Jai), Exabytes Server Aid Savior!

Another month, another deserving star!

And oh wow, the competition is definitely getting hotter! After two consecutive months of domination by the Venus residents, the award goes back to the Mars hero this time!

Okay. If there is one person in Exabytes who surfs and applies the World Wide Web in his daily tasks so much, his fingers get numb sometimes, it would be none other than this incredible chap whose main responsibility is keeping the company updated on the latest developments and trends in Internet Marketing. Once the office hours start and his “surfer mode” kicks in, he will be lost in his own world of surfing with his cool best friends – Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome! He will then spend most of his time managing communities, running affiliate networks, maintaining blogs and thinking of more creative ways to drive traffic to our website. And yes, although he might not be good at surfing in the wide blue ocean, he definitely has got his ways to win the waves of the World Wide Web, not with the surfing board, but with his optical mouse and laptop! That is why, he is widely known as Exabytes Super Surfer, our Internet Marketing Executive – Mr TW Ku!

Eh! It’s 2009! Oh how time flies so fast, and now it’s Goodbye 2008, Hello 2009! Oh yes, time to shout out loud and make a new beginning! And a new beginning it is! Let us kick start this prosperous year by introducing our brand new EOTM for January 2009 – (okay, no surprise here) – Ms Alysa Lee!

You might not have talked to her over the phone, or corresponded with her via helpdesk, but you might have noticed her beautiful artworks from our newsletters, magazine ads, paper ads, web layouts and online/offline banners. With workload as much as that, that comes along with beautiful artistic works that add to the value, there is no surprise why this amazing web & graphic designer chic is dubbed as “Exabytes Wonder Lady”.

It’s time to make it hot! After being MIA (Missing in Action) for quite some time, Exabytes is here to heat your day once again with our Second Season of EOTM! October is indeed a month of celebration. Early of the month, we celebrated Eid Fitr aka Hari Raya. A few weeks later, we celebrated Deepavali. And while you just wiped off that gruesome makeup for last Halloween celebration, we are happy to announce yet another best performer in Exabytes!

And as we do not have any winner for the month of September, the month of October will witness not one, but TWO shining stars who will bring back RM250 Travel Voucher each! Double celebration, yeah! Oh and the Voucher can be accumulated, of course.
